Romantic, cosy, stand alone holiday house for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with indoor log fire for bbq and utility room, in enclosed garden of 2500m2, situated on Mont Robin hill, (south facing) with splendid views. Ideally situated as starting point to visit lots of interesting sites in Normandy. Only 35 min from unspoiled beaches. Only 3,5 km from Percy centre where you find the shops you need. It is also an ideal place to relax as you have no direct neighbours and it is ± 500m away from the road. In the garden there is also a bbq area. Nearest beach at 34km from the house.
