The detached private villa is set in its own grounds with lovely views over the Golf Course & private 10m x 5m pool. The property is air conditioned and has a spacious open plan lounge , dining area & kitchen. There are large terraces surrounding the property and the southerly facing aspect provides sunshine all day whilst you relax around the pool. Near Beaches and waterparks. All amenities are close by. Quesada golf & country club is situated between the coastal town of Guardamar, renowned for its lovely white beaches and Rojales. There are many salt lakes nearby & the town is surrounded by orange & lemon groves. The town itself has many restaurants serving different types of cuisine. Also in Quesada is an Aquapark, pubs, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. The villa is situated on the edge of the town giving a peaceful & relaxing holiday, but within walking distance are bars, restaurants, supermarkets

Really lovely well furnished and clean villa

We had a great time last year at this villa. Really clean and well looked after with plenty of room to sunbathe around the pool. We had our 3 year old with us and had to keep a close eye with the pool being right beside the villa - shallow end was too deep for him but he was fine with armbands. Satellite TV worked well and we took our own sky card for extra channels. Laundry facilities excellent so no need to pack too much as washing dries in no time at all. Air conditioning only in the living area and master bedroom but the other bedrooms can be kept cool by leaving the shutters down during the day. Driveway quite steep for car undercarriage so we parked on the street with no problem. Quite a hilly location so walks around the area a challenge with a pushchair! We hired a car and had great fun exploring and spent quite a few evenings at the strip at Torrevieja - lots of amusements and rides for kids as well as market stalls for shopping. Lovely chinese restaurant opposite the market stalls. . Very comfortable private villa over looking the golf course - I don't know where they get the energy to play in the heat! Great time had by all
