ARIS consists of 12 apartments and studios with two or three beds, of which one of them is a double room apartment with four beds. You can choose among the ground floor apartments, or the first floor studios. Every room is unique with its own balcony and view to the sea or to the picturesque village hills. All rooms are fully equipped with a tv, safe, fridge, air – condition, kitchenette and private bathroom. Our outdoor surroundings have been well designed with a variety of plants and flowers surrounding the exterior grounds.

ARIS Apartments are on the central road, which allows easy access to all locations of West Crete. An ideal choice as it is only 200m away from a remote, beautiful & pristine beach. About 1.5 kilometers, hardly 1.5km on the road towards Chania you will find the popular tourist village of Platanias, which during the summer period almost monopolizes the night life of Chania. Transportation is very accessible as there is a regular bus service to & from Chania & a bus stop is right outside our facilities. ARHONTARIKI 1 villa can be found 11km west of Chania on the coastal village of Platanias . This beautiful & graphic village has proven to be a very popular tourist attraction over the years. The settlement has been built along the coast thus providing a beautiful view of the sea & a beach right at your feet. ARHONTARI 2 villa can be found in the heart of a small village named Mahairi in the region of Apokoronas. Built on the side of a mountain.

ARHONTARIKI 1villa consists of two refurbished residences and one newly built dwelling that have been built from sculptured stones in an effort to maintain the traditional Cretan architectural style. The buildings are surrounded by arbors, banana trees, lemon trees and variety of wild plants and flowers. Each building has two floors with an internal staircase.

LOCATION: ARIS Apartments are on the central road, which allows easy access to all locations of West Crete. I reccomend this property to anyone who wants to stay next to the most beautilful beaches of the island and keep the cost of accomodation low. Our apartment was really nice, simple but still equipped with all the necessary (the kitchenette was our salvation! we could cook pasta like at home!) The property does not have its restaurant, but still you can find a perfect bakery just in front of your room! So, the general impression was very good. Nadia, Maria, thanks for everything!

Together with my husband we stayed in the studio flat for 2 weeks in mid August. This particular room was very basic but the views, the close beach (300m) and villages of Platanias and Chania made up for this- big time! The owners were very helpfull and personally cleaned the room every day. Because of my profession I always pay attention to the safety issues and have to say that this place had all necessary fire fighting equipment, emergency lighting and exits. The bus stop is just outside the flats- and for 2 euros pp one way you can travel to Chania- takes only 30 minutes but it's worth going every night! Very easy to rent a car so you can travel around the island and see the true Krete. All in all we'll love to go back! Nadia- thank you very much!
