Villa Graciosa a unique privately owned refurnished VIP villa with private heated pool 7m x 4m with both sea and golf course views and a downstairs games room with a full size pool table and football table and children's corner . Situated in a tranquil position although only a minutes walk away from the Montecastillo Centro in Caleta where you will find a small selection of supermarkets and restaurants . The luxury lounge has rattan sofas (3 & 2 & 1) rattan coffee tables rattan dining table and six rattan chairs and rattan sideboard and for your entertainment there is a 42 inch flat screen TV English TV channels DVD player and music system. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher oven hob washing machine. The master bedroom has luxury rattan furniture king size bed fitted wardrobes and Tiffany lamps large rattan dresser with rattan mirror. Both twin bedrooms are beautifully furnished have fitted wardrobes and Tiffany lamps.

Nearest Airport: Fuerteventura Airport at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Villa Graciosa is situated in a tranquil position but has the added bonus of being a mere minutes walk away from shops restaurants and bars. A short ten minute stroll will take you to the centre of Caleta and the beach and harbour area . If you do not wish to walk the Mini Train which stops outside the Montecastillo Centre will take you down to the centre of Caleta and the beach and harbour. The two championship golf course of Caleta de Fuste are less than a five minutes drive away from the Villa. Villa Graciosa is one of the few detatched Villas actually in the Resort!! The Caribbean beaches of Jandia in the south are just over an hours drive away and La Lajita the Zoo and Safari park is only a forty minutes drive south. The sand dunes just before Corralejo and views of Lobos and Lanzarote are only a thirty five minutes drive north. Corralejo is the largest resort on the island and here you will find the Baku Water Park the new Animal Experience and the New Haunted House .

NON SMOKING VILLA: Please note that the villa is a non smoking villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the sun terrace. We are flexible with the changeover days. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival 10am departure

PRIVATE GAMES ROOM: Villa Graciosa has its own downstairs private games room with a full size pool table. For your entertainment a PS2 with a selection of games a selection of children's board games colouring books and reading books TV with DVD Player. For your comfort there are three sofas with seating for eight people . Two of the sofas convert to sofa beds therefore the villa can sleep up to eight persons. The downstairs games room has its own private bathroom with walk in shower. Villa Graciosa since refurbishment has all living accommodation including bedrooms inside the property!!!

Stayed at the villa in the summer with my husband and children. The villa is truly stunning, we couldn't have asked for more. The owners were very helpfull throughout the booking process (ie., holding villa whilst I got flight confirmations due to availability problems). The villa is elevated and the pool at the rear of the property so you are not overlooked, which for us was ideal with small children. I would say that if you book the villa the pool heating was invaluable, as the pool was like a warm bath.
