Villa with Swimming Pool close to Alghero town

Large 3 bedroomed villa on the outskirts of Alghero. The villa is situated in a quiet setting overlooking the country side outside Alghero. Outside there is a swimming pool with plenty of space to relax. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living/dining room with separate kitchen. The lounge has 2 sofabeds. Although a car is recommended it is possible to walk in and out of town. The sea is within a km from the villa, the coast here is mostly rocky where you can snorkel and there is a small beach within walking distance. The Lido beach is on the other side of town, less than 10 minutes by car and the quieter La Speranza beach, south of town is 10 minutes away. A bus passes close to the villa to take you into town or to the beach.
