Villa Albrizzi is set in a large 19th century park covering 3,5 ha.The property is located on the edge of Este, a small town South of Padua and very conveniently situated for shopping on foot in the town centre. Location: Venice Airport is about 50 kms. away and there are local train and buses for Padua/Venice, or fast trains from Monselice 8 kms. away, to Padua, Milan or Venice to the North, or to Florence as well as Rome to the South. At the foot of the Euganenan hills, the area is famous for Palladian and Venitian Villas. Abano, a famous spa is within easy drive. Verona's open air opera is 50 minutes away. For golfers, there are three 18-hole courses in the vicinity, about 25 min. drive. The Villa: Has been owned by the Albrizzi family for the last three centuries. The property comprises a large main house and a separate annex.

Rental rates for the villa in Italy

Notes to the rental rates

• For 9 up to 16 guests rental rates are as follows: €10.000 (one extra staff)
  for US residents all arrangement are to be made with our Agent
  
• Rental includes: pool and ground maintenance, utilities, household needs and linen provision.
  Extras: telephone, food, wine and consumables.
  Security Deposit: Euro 1,500 against any breakage, damage or loss, all phone charges, and any unpaid bills.
  Payments: 50% down, balance 45 days prior to occupancy date.
  
• Staff services: two staff full time included for up to 8 guests, one or two extra staff for 9 up to 16 guests. Staff works 6 days/wk (off Sunday afternoon and one other afternoon each week). The staff prepares two meals a day.

The Villa

The Villa: Has been owned by the Albrizzi family for the last three centuries. The property comprises a large main house, a separate 18th century pavilion used as a ballroom or reception room, with its original 18th century furniture and stucco décor on the walls, and a separate annex, 'La Barchessa', which used to be the stables and granary and is now converted to staff quarters. The Staff

Staff Service: Included in the rental are the services of a full time cook, one/two maids. All produces used in our kitchen are grown in our vegetable and fruit garden.
