A beautiful villa of 270 sq m with a 1500 sq m Mediterranean garden and stunning views over the sea, Cap Martin and the medieval village of Roquebrune. There is a 11m x 5.5m pool (heated on request), with terraces for sunbathing (6 sun loungers). There is a outdoor dining table and a large barbecue. Inside there is a 60 sq m living room with panoramic views, with three sofas around a contemporary gas fire, a large limestone dining table and 10 chairs. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are five bedrooms, 2 en-suite. The fifth bedroom can be used as a second sitting room. 2 further bathrooms. Laundry room. Sky TV (2 LCD TVs). Quality music system with external speakers. Boules pitch. Football net. Table tennis table. Table football. Double garage. Electronic entry gate. Set on a beautiful hillside with sea views within a few minutes drive of Monaco; perfect for taking advantage of the Grand Prix or enjoying its famous Casino, cabaret shows, orchestra, open air cinema, firework displays, fashionable shops and restaurants. Menton, a few minutes drive away, has a lively food market, shops, beach and many restaurants and cafes. The Italian border with the market town of Ventimiglia and San Remo are a 20 minute drive away. The beach of Roquebrune is only about 1km away. There are also beaches at Menton, Monaco, Cap d'Ail and all along the coast. Alternatively you can drive inland to the quaint villages perche such as Peille. Visit the famous parfumerie in the medieval village of Eze, take a day trip to Italy, Nice, Cannes, Mougins, St Jean Cap Ferrat, St. Paul by car or train.

Beautiful & relaxing

We had a fantastic time staying here in September 2009 - I would highly recommend this place, it's really lovely. The house is very spacious and beautifully done - we really didn't want to leave at the end of the week! The pool and view are spectacular too - we spent a lot of time gazing down over the coast watching the yachts passing.
Fantastic location - 30 minutes from Nice airport and about 10 minutes to Monaco.
I really hope I have a chance to come back and stay here again in the future - it was a real treat staying here.

After your stay you are going to want to move here. What a fantastic home with stunning view. The owners are wonderful to work with. Extremely accommodating. The house is clean and has all the modern amenities you could possibly need. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

A magical holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Mirbor. The children hardly ever left the infinity pool with its stupendous views over the Med. We loved the walk up to the vieux village - in fact, we did this most days. The house is beautifully furnished and the bedrooms extremely comfortable, with plenty of room for 10 people. Monaco as well as Menton and Italy are just a few minutes away in the car - as are the beaches. A perfect holiday spot with so much to do nearby. This was our third stay at the house!

one week of mediteranean dream

We spent a whole week in this fabulous house overlooking the sea and the fantastic view from Montecarlo to Itlay. We were 5 couples and everything was perfect to make our party a perfection.
The house is closed to the sea and to Monte Carlo
Every one has his own bathroom and night life near the pool and the barbecue, drinking rose wine was delightfull
