La Rubbianella a very charming in dominant position overlooking Spoleto

La Rubbianella is a lovely house situated at the corner of the little village of Rubbiano in a very charming and dominant position overlooking a marvellous panorama on the Umbrian Valley.The house is very old, stone built and perhaps in ancient time it was a shepherd home. It has been completely restored following Umbrian style and is the ideal place to enjoy silence, sun and wonderful holidays. The living room, right off the kitchen, has two windows looking out toward the valley, between them there is a dining table that seats easily four but can also be extended to receive guests. There is a comfortable sofa where you can rest waiting dinner or looking at the television just in front. A big fireplace stands in the middle of the main wall and can be used if necessary to heat the entire house or only to create a magic atmosphere. you can go up to the bedrooms.

wonderful house in a small village in Umbria , Spoleto. from here you can visit Todi, Trevi, Bevagna, Perugia, Orvieto. the wonderful walk to the holly park of San Francesco in Monteluco is a very nice experience to try. you can walk or ride a byke or a horse!
