The villa complex has not only 2 shared pools and play areas but has direct access to the Croix de Guards Park with its beautiful panoramic views, picnic areas, walking/ jogging trails and cycle paths. Be it relaxation, eating in one of the many Cannes restaurants, exploring provencal villages or playing beach games, there's plenty of variety in Cannes for everyone. A ten-minute stroll takes you to local restaurants, cafes and shops. Cannes centre is a mere 5 minutes drive. In an area visited by many for the quality of location and sheer ambiance of French style and friendliness, this well-appointed and comfortable villa offers relaxation at its very best.

The villa is situated approx 2km outside central cannes on the border of La Croix des Gardes. Supermarket, butcher, baker, pharmacy, pizza restaurant and cafe/bar are all within 10 mins walk or about 2 mins car. Perfect location for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur. The breathtaking coastline and varied localities combining luxury tourism and traditional romantic Provencal villages are easily accessible from the villa location. Cannes itself has no fewer than 315 restaurants, brasseries and bistros offering a range of international cuisine and a range of prices. Not forgetting the shopping.. The area offers many attractions for children including: Marineland, Lerins Islands ('man in the iron mask' fortress), butterfly farm, museums and festivals. Mandelieu golf course overlooking beach is 3km away, there are over 20 courses along riviera. Or you can take the TGV high speed train, or road if you prefer, to be in Italy within 40mins or skiing in the Alps in 1.5 hours.

Unusual villa set out over 2 floors. Front door opens to spacious landing with bedrooms off and stairs down to living area and master bedroom. No smoking inside the villa. No pets.

Private garden with large grass area and patio areas enjoying beautiful views of the Alps and hills surrounding Cannes. This is quite lovely at night as you sit and relax on the patio looking out to the twinkling lights of the hills beyond. Patio furniture seating 8 and 4 sun loungers and barbecue provided. 2 shared swimming pools open may to October.

Golf and Skiing: Mandelieu golf course overlooking the beach is 3km away. There are over 20 courses along riviera; individual booking criteria and requirements vary. Slopes in the Alps are readily accessible by road or rail.
