A newly remodelled home on beautiful Captiva Island situated on a secluded lot with your own private pool. Miles of white sand beaches on the Gulf are just a two minute walk away. Your vacation home and pool area are surrounded by colourful tropical Palm trees, flowering shrubs and even a Key Lime tree. The Gulf beach with some of the best shelling in the world and spectacular sunsets is a two minute walk to the West. A short walk to the East will bring you to a marina on the bay side of the island where you can rent a boat or just watch the manatees lounging around the docks. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at the beach as is parasailing. Two 18 hole golf courses, The Dunes and Beachview, are 20 minutes away on Sanibel Island. The Captiva Library is right next door and has books, CDs, videos. High Speed Internet access is available on site with lots of other amenities.
