Carovigno is a hill-town with a XVIthC Castle and battlements, notably good restaurants, and an exciting Tuesday open-air market. A fifteen-minute drive to nearby Torre Santa Sabina, Costa Merlata, Pantanagianni, and Pilone feature great public free beaches as well as local lidos (beach clubs) with all facilities, including restaurants, bars, swimming pool, etc. The villa is on a quiet country lane with ocean views from the road and the roof terrace, giving you privacy and tranquillity while still being in easy reach of summer seaside day and nightlife. Great Italian food and wine make your vacation enjoyment complete.

La Dolce Vita

We suggest that our guests dip into “la dolce vita” by using the local beaches, lidos, weekly markets, and local vendors. Free public beaches include Lido Pilone, Torre Santa Sabine, and Torre Guaceto, a WWF preserve. Private lidos include Lido Pantanagianni, Rosa Marina, and Costa Merlata. The weekly food market in Carovigno is quite near the villa, and takes place on Tuesdays. As you drive through Carovigno you will see many bakeries, butchers, fruiterers & greengrocers, it’s a joy to shop for food here. We offer a complete directory of nearby sightseeing, restaurants, bars & cafes, and other resources for your enjoyment.
