We have a lovely loft apartment available on Via Victor Hugo, located in the heart of historic Milan. The apartment includes a living room with fully-equipped kitchen area, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room can also sleep one. Air-conditioning. The building includes porter service, elevator and a prestigious cafè providing breakfast (not included) located on street level. Television, linens and washing machine are all provided. The apartment is located in a historical-style building near the Duomo Cathedral, the famous 'La Scala' Theatre, the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery and the prestigious Via Montenapoleone section of the city: the most exclusive 'Made In Italy' shopping area of Milan. The closest subway lines are the Red Line (No1) and the Yellow Line (No3) (subway stop 'Duomo'). It's just 10 minutes from the State Railroad Station and 5 minutes from the Nord Railway Line (with connections to the MALPENSA Airport)

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Milan

We spent a super week based in the attic apartment just off the main square of the Duomo. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the apartment felt more than comfortable and spacious. It was beautifully clean and very well maintained. We were delighted with the central location which meant we could escape the city as our own sanctuary was one lift away! Barbara was very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. I would recommend this for a great stay in Milan.

Unique place to stay, it's really in the citycentre of Milan. Located on the 5th floor above offices on a floor with other apartments. Eventhough you're in the centre it's nice and quiet. There is airco in both the living room and bedrooms, it's not mentioned in the advertisment, eventhough it is VERY nice to know. Since it's on top of the building, it is easily hot in the apartment.
We visited with 2 young children (2 and 4), it was difficult to find something to do with them in Milan. Playgrounds are rare and parcs are only within appr 45 mins kids-pace-walking distance.
Unexpectedly 50 EUR was charged for cleaning, it did not show a thorough cleaning before we came. On the surface it was ok, but to prevent black feet slippers were required.
Bathroom and kitchen are minimal but ok.
Owner's Response: Just a note to let our customers;
the fee we require for final cleaning (including cleaning the floors, of course!) will now be included in the rental price. (The only expense which remains separate will be electricity.)
