This great villa is situated in the lovely town of Moraira at the Costa Blanca. It is completely renovated, has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private pool This is a beautiful holiday villa for several families or group of friends. It consists of 2 levels, each forming 2 complete units. Completely furnished with several terraces and roof terrace.It is self catering, shops are not far away. Great dining out in several restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. You can walk to the sea side.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the last couple of years and the town has managed to keep the Spanish style of living during all the changes. There are several beaches along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy a day in the sun, go snorkelling and on some of them you can even enjoy a day of windsurfing. There are also many shops and bars along the towns boulevard.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon arrival the beds are made up and there is one large towel and one small towel provided. If a linen change is needed this can be ordered at the office on the day of arrival at a price of 12 Euros per packet/week, beds made.
  • Prices are per week and for the whole property. Price includes: electricity and water use, complete use of the villa and the the 1st weeks linen and towel package per person. Final cleaning costs: 150 Euros (one time payment, mandatory, and is paid on the day of arrival in cash) A damage deposit of 500 Euros needs to be paid on the day of arrival and can be paid with cheque. This is only used for large damages and not for a broken plate or glass, Big damages have to be reported. The cheques will not be activated if the villa is returned in good order. If so it will be returned to you within 1 week after the departure date.

Notes: This villa is available for monthly rentals in low season (from October till end of April) with a minimum stay of 2 months. Either the top or lower level is separately available or the villa as a whole. Prices upon request. Linen and towels, bath mats and extra sets will be provided on a self washing base. Both units are completely furnished and have their own kitchen, toaster, micro wave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. In the lower part is a dishwasher. Pool will be maintained 2 times a week in the summer and 1 time a week in the winter. Garden will be maintained as well. The whole area is enclosed. There is parking space for 4 cars.
