La Joya, beautiful villa, private pool, private tennis court

This beautiful and stylish villa, is set in extensive grounds, which includes a private tennis court. It has been completely renovated in 2003 and has an internal and external staircase between floors. The swimming pool is big and has Roman steps. Adjoining to the pool are extensive paved terraces with ample sun-beds and a full range of patio furniture for pool side dining. The villa has a private drive and covered car porch. At the rear of the villa is a enclosed patio with built-in BBQ, outside sink and a stone circular table and benches. There is a totally private and secluded sun-deck with superb views over the bay of Moraira. On top is a totally private and secluded sun-deck with superb views over the bay of Moraira. At the front is a large covered naya on the upper level and at the lower level. The garden is lush, well maintained and gives ample places in the shade. At the side of the tennis court is also a little hide-out terrace.

Modern supermarkets with International food products, blue clear sea. Situated between Alicante and Valencia. Water and theme parks nearby. Safari park at 20km. Green back land to make wonderful trips and enjoy the local food in the little restaurants in the villages in the mountains. Moraira is a local place with a international touch.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Upon arrival the beds are made up and there is one large towel and one small towel provided. If a linen change is needed this can be ordered at the office on the day of arrival at a price of 12 Euros per packet/week, beds made.
  • Prices are per week and for the whole property. Price includes: electricity and water use, complete use of the villa and the the 1st weeks linen and towel package per person. Final cleaning costs: 150 Euros (one time payment, mandatory, and is paid on the day of arrival in cash) A damage deposit of 500 Euros needs to be paid on the day of arrival and can be paid with cheque. This is only used for large damages and not for a broken plate or glass, Big damages have to be reported. The cheques will not be activated if the villa is returned in good order. If so it will be returned to you within 1 week after the departure date.
