Additional information about rental rates

  • ** 3 bedroom house next door also available - please inquire. **

    For cleaning, it is expected that you will leave the house as you find it with the exception of laundering bed linen. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.

    Rental rates include a meet & greet service. If you are more than 30 mins late for the pre-agreed meet & greet service, an extra charge of Euro 25 will be deducted from your damage deposit. If your arrival time is after 8pm Mon-Fri, an extra charge of Euro 25 will apply. If you arrival time is after 2pm on a Saturday or at any time on a Sunday or a Spanish holiday, an extra charge of Euro 25 will apply.

    The rental rate also includes electricity charges. The metre will be read on departure. If your electricity usage is in excess of 50.00 euros per week, this will be deducted from your damage deposit. There were no deductions from all of our rentals in 2008.

    Shorter Rentals Considered. Holiday Period Prices may be higher.
  • ** On confirmation of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance will be due 6 weeks before booked arrival date.

    A further refundable security deposit of 250 euros will also be required to cover damages/breakages, key replacement, extra cleaning etc. It is expected that you will leave the house as you find it. Therefore any extra costs incurred for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded within one week of departure.

    To facilitate all of our guests, check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Depending on when our next visitors are checking in, we may be able to be more flexible. Let us know and we will try and accommodate your preferred times where possible.

    A call out service is available if keys are misplaced etc. A minimum charge of 25.00 euros will apply for each visit.
  • Welcome packs available - please enquire.

    A housekeeping service is available at an additional charge. Please advise if you would like some additional cleaning linen change etc and we would be delighted to coordinate the same for you.

    Babysitting services and other sightseeing etc can be organised at an additional charge.

    We have a Sky Box - we ask that you bring your own sky card as we do not leave ours there. Please note that movies & sports channels are generally not available.

SKI: This property is convenient to the ski slopes at the magical Sierra Nevada. This mountain range also includes the Sierra Nevada National Park, with camping and many other activity facilities available here.

GOLF : One of Europe's most exclusive resorts, The San Roque Club lies amidst acres of secluded rolling countryside on the tip of the Iberian Peninsula, looking across the Strait of Gibraltar to Africa. Serenely distant from the crowded Costa del Sol, yet minutes away from Marbella, San Roque boasts two championship courses and The Seve Ballesteros Natural Golf School. These are complemented by an equestrian centre. Valderrama is a 6356 metres par 71 with no hole of less than championship quality but it can be fully enjoyed by players of all handicaps, thanks to the genius of Robert Trent Jones, Senior, whom many consider the leading golf architect of his day. Opened in 1964, Sotogrande has become known as one of the finest golf courses in Europe. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sotogrande was his first foray onto the continent. The course has very little rough, but there are plenty of bunkers and water hazards to make Sotogrande a challenging course for all levels of golfer

Amazing house in a beautiful location

We stayed here in early sept 2009, the house is very spacious with beautiful views, The bedrooms are very large and have the most comfortable matresses and pillows, which ensured we all got great sleep while there. Cannot fault the house in any way, had all the comforts of home in spain., TV , washing machine, microwave...etc etc

Walk to DuQuesa is about 15-20mins downhill but wouldnt recommend walking back up so a car is handy to have :)

We would def recommend this house for families with kids as there are many pools and playgrounds in the complex which are very clean and secure.

Fabulous House

Me and my family went to this house (4 adults and 2 kids) and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and safe for kids. There's a choice of three pools and one has a kids pool which was ideal for us. I do recommend a car as taxi's are a little dear. Praise to Elaina also for excellent communication and help. Would definitely go again.

Lovely house great for families

Lovely house, very child friendly with stair gates, cot and high chair. All came in extremely handy and made the holiday so easy with young children. The house comfortably slept 8 of us and is beautifully furnished. The garden is excellent for young children and is nice and secure so the kids could play without the worry of them escaping! The terrace was lovely to relax on and enjoy a drink in the evenings. The pools are lovely and are very close to the house. We had the pool to ourselves most of the week which was wonderful. The development is very quiet and the gardens etc are well maintained. We did not walk to the marina as with young children it was bit too far for little legs so we drove down in less than 5 minutes which suited us fine. We found the house as an excellent base to see Ronda, Tarifa, Mijas and the surrounding areas. All in all an excellent week in such a lovely house. Thanks again Elaina

This is an excellent property to rent if looking for a stay in on the west coast of the costa del sol. All of the rooms are quite large and is excellent if travelling with small children as Elaina has 2 cots and 2 high chairs on the property. Elaina uses an excellent key in door service (Esther) who will show you around the property on your arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to friends & family.
