  • THE WEEKLY RATES ABOVE ARE FOR 6 NIGHTS & INCLUDE UTILITIES FOR SHORT LETS.

    You can book as many nights as you require. The rate will be the nightly rate times the number of nights.

    Discounts are available for repeat bookings.

    Prices may be subject to change at the owner's Discretion. Special rates are available for long term bookings (over 4wks). Rates include utilities for short lets & based on 6 people, extra charge applies for more than 6.

    Payment is accepted in currency quoted.

    If you are interested in renting, please call or email to confirm availability and request a booking form. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.
  • The deposit will be refunded if cancelled 8wks before arrival & non-refundable if cancelled less than 8wks before arrival .

    Full payment is required 6wks before arrival. Brokerage fee is £150 required 6wks before arrival, held until inspection. This will be refunded 2 weeks after departure (less deduction for damages, if any).

    We would arrange Airport transfer if required for extra cost payable to the driver. Please contact us for details.

    For long lets, we require one month's rent in advance and one month's rent as a deposit to cover damages. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy (less deductions for damages, if any).

Notes: DVD's, Music CD's, books, toys, games, iron, ironing board available. The kitchen has electric kettle, toaster, kids plastic dinner sets & cutlery. Sun Loungers by pool. Car parking facilities in both complexes if you want to hire a car. Car is not necessary. Local bus is approx 60p & taxis £5 anywhere in Altinkum. There is a mini cab service from the complex to various places in Didim for 10YTL (approx £5). Always agree the taxi fare before you travel. Saturday market is 5 mins from the Complex where you can pick up lots of bargains. There is a variety of restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets 7-10 mins by car from the complex. Eating out is very reasonable. The food is good & staff friendly. Regular bus service to the town, beaches, sporting activities & tourist sights, shopping mall, aqua park, 15 mins to Dolphin square,Galaxy & Flamingo nightclubs. HOW TO GET TO THERE: The Nearest Airports are Bodrum (approx. 80kms) & Izmir (approx. 100kms). BODRUM Airport takes approximately 1 hour.The International Airport is open b/w October & May, and closed for the other months. The Local Airport is open all year round. British Airways, Thomas Cook, Turkish Airline, Aegean Airline & other Airlines fly directly & indirectly. IZMIR Airport (Adnan Manderes) takes approximately 1hr 45 minutes. The Airport is open all year round. British Airways, Turkish Ailines, Aegean Airliine & other Airlines fly directly & indirectly. DALAMAN Airport takes approximately 2hrs 30 minutes. Easyjet & other airlines fly directly & indirectly. TRANSFERS will be arranged for you (if required) & payment made directly to the driver. CAR HIRE is available at the 3 Airports or locally. You can hire a car from Hetz, Europcar, SixT, Avis & National car hire companies. All visitors with British passport are required to pay £10 visa fee per person at Turkey Airport

WELCOME PACK: A Welcome Pack is provided on arrival (if required). An English speaking representative from the Management Company, will meet you at the gates to welcome you, take you to the apartment & give you the keys. Our Property Manager is always available to help with your enquiries. He is very friendly & helpful. The caretaker is on site all the time. We have a Welcome Manual/Information Pack with all the information required (e.g restaurants, beaches, bars, night clubs, shopping, equipment operating instructions etc).

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION / DIDIM: The Apartments are in a Fantastic Holiday Complex, with Bright Outdoor Lightings (Overlooking the pools). The balconies are ideal for relaxing & soaking up the sun. The living rooms & bedrooms are spacious & tastefully furnished. The balconies have balcony chairs & table. The Location is SUPERB, VERY SAFE & IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. The Local bus stop is 1 minute walk from the complex. There is a regular bus service to the Beaches, Town & other Tourists locations/Activities, at a cost of 1.50Lire per ride. DIDIM is an Excellent Holiday/Tourism Location. It is ideal for those who seek Sun, Sea & Sand. Youth and student tourism, hunting & fishing are some of the popular activities. There are a lot of invaluable Historical Sites, Ruins, Ancient Cities & Recreational facilities by the seaside in and around Didim. At the end of the day's activities, you can unwind (relax, chat, dance) in the numerous bars, discos/clubs & restaurants. Location is great for winter sun breaks

This was our 1st family holiday not booked through a travel agent, so i was a bit aprehensive as i was booking for 10 of us. after contacting Sibyl i was sure that i had made the right choice the description of the appartment was spot on and had everything that we needed for a family holiday all of the rooms and living areas were very spacious. Sibyl was always available if i needed to contact her for any reason and she was very helpful and accomodating. the appartments were close to the main bus station so it was easy to get around. The complex bar was a very friendy place too eat and drink and to get a cheap taxi. A great place to holiday for couples or a family.

It was my first holidays in Turkey and have to admit-excellent!The flat we rent from Sibyll was nice,spacious,well kept.Air-co was working,thanks God, like freezer, otherwise it could be hard to stand summer temperatures in Turkey.Swimming pools are clean,well maintended.Sibyll,the owner is very helpfull and one can really feel that she wants you to have a good time in her apt.The price is very reasonable.The staff working on property is very nice and helpfull.For this money it could really hard to find better offer.
