    Security deposit of £250 required to be refunded in full within 14 days of departure date if no deductions for breakages are due.

Notes:

The private pool is an above ground pool open May to October each year, at a constant depth of 1m with folded security steps that SHOULD BE RAISED BY PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN TO AVOID THEM CLIMBING IN WHEN UNATTENDED. The floors of the villa are connected by a large chestnut spiral staircase & there is a log fire in the main living room so PARENTS WITH TODDLERS SHOULD TAKE SPECIAL CARE. When using the steps/stairs particularly elderly or infirm may wish to take this into consideration. There is a private gravelled parking space for 1 large vehicle or 2 small cars outside the villa. The last 100 metres of the road is single track asphalt road & can seem quite tight at first however, if you drive slowly you will be fine with any size vehicle. There are 2 lounges, 1 on the ground floor with seating for 4 & one on the first floor seating 10 comfortably each with a TV & DVD so ideal for separate children's & adults lounges if needed. TOWELS CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST

DAY TRIPS & SKIING

A variety of day trips are offered to clients of La Villa di Campiglia by the owners from Tours of Bagni di Lucca, Lucca, Villas & Vineyards, Cloisters & Castles, Walking tours, Spa & shop. Contact Joanna & Antonio for details. For clients wishing to ski. The owners have skied the area for many years & can give advise on the 3 ski resorts close by Cutigliano, Abetone & Monte Cimone, as well as organising your lift passes, ski/ boot/board hire, & lessons etc. on your behalf. Abetone has 21 lifts, 60 km of piste for all levels with great off piste skiing in this avalanche free zone!. Complete with baby parking, 2 snow parks, childrens snow play park & tubing. Also it has lots for non skiers such as the spa & beautiful historic towns of Cutigliano, Fiumalbo, & Pievelago to explore & enjoy. The ski season runs from Dec to April, training ground to both the Italian & British Ski team as well as hosting the Junior World Ski Competion it is definatley one of Italy's best kept secrets!

Families - Aqua village water parks, Cavallino Matto amusement park, pinochio outdoor fun park, the beaches of the Versilian coast with its long sandy beaches and shallow waters all up to an hours drive away.
