  50% deposit on bookings which maybe paid by bank transfer or a Euro cheque. The balance to be paid 1 month before arrival. Breakages deposit is 200 Euro payable to receiving agent, returnable at end of stay.

The development is only 3 stories high, including the ground floor. The apartment block is well situated amidst the delightful landscaped tropical gardens with water features and wildlife. These gardens offer a choice of 4 different swimming pools complete with sun beds, showers and bathrooms. The nearest pool is just 25 metres from your front door. The surrounding area is quiet and residential and is within easy walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Santa Maria Golf Club, attached to this complex, offers an excellent 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and two bowling greens where equipment maybe hired and professional tuition available and welcomes visitors to play, eat or drink in the restaurant / bar.
