A very spacious 2 bedroom luxury apartment This lovely two-bedroom ground floor apartment is air conditioned (centrally heated for chillier times) and spacious. The property was completed in 2001 and all building activity on this development has finished. The inside of the apartment is spacious with an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. The large outside terrace leads on to a private garden. The terrace provides a cool shaded area while the private garden enjoys the morning, afternoon and evening sun and is ideal for sunbathing. There is an alarm system for added security. Santa Maria Golf & country club are right on the doorstep, including many facilities like tennis, lawn bowls etc. For not-golfers it is not difficult to create a 2 or 3 weeks programme of various activities. The beautiful sandy beaches invite to be lazy and simply enjoy the sea and the endless view on passing yachts and other water related activities, or the mountains in the background. The shopping facilities in Marbella are numerous and the 'Old Town' of Marbella is worth a visit. Culinary performances are from a high quality. Within 1 hour drive you are in the centre of Malaga where you should visit the Picasso Museum and the impressive renaissance style build cathedral. And you cannot overlook the Alcazaba. Or in Ronda (Sierra de Ronda) with the oldest bullring in Spain and the bridge over the 200m deep Tajo cleft. A white villages trip through the Sierra's takes a day but will leave an unforgettable impression. Find a Venta in one of these villages and enjoy the food.

The Development

The development is only 3 stories high, including the ground floor. The apartment block is well situated amidst the delightful landscaped tropical gardens with water features and wildlife. These gardens offer a choice of 4 different swimming pools complete with sun beds, showers and bathrooms. The nearest pool is just 25 metres from your front door. The surrounding area is quiet and residential and is within easy walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Santa Maria Golf Club, attached to this complex, offers an excellent 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and two bowling greens where equipment maybe hired and professional tuition available and welcomes visitors to play, eat or drink in the restaurant / bar.

Away from it all (sit back and relax), activity (as much as you want), cultural (within very easy access to major cultural towns and areas) Skiing/snowboarding! (This apartment is only a 2 hour drive from the Sierra Nevada’s with winter sports up to the end of March)

Whata holiday break we had. A lovely apartment in a beautiful location. Lots of pools on site to choose, from quiet and relaxing to ones with lots of kids. No problem getting a sun bed either! Beautiful gardens for an evening stroll by the stream and waterfalls, before a quick walk to the nearby bars and restaurants. Location perfect as we could easily drive to nearby Marbella as well as to sight see in Granada, Seville and Gibraltar. We had an active time sightseeing and then a really relaxing time on site. Apartment is well equipped and is like a home from home.
Can't wait to go back.
