It is fully equipped with hot & cold air-conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The accommodation also benefits from quality furnishings 32' Satellite TV*,, ironing facilities and a hairdryer for each room. Beach towels are also provided .Both bedrooms can be arranged as either single beds or 2 extra large doubles.

La Maestranza is a new complex situated at the mouth of golf valley, approximately 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. . The facility includes two swimming pools (one of which is heated) and a shallow paddling pool, all surrounded by pleasant tiered gardens with ample grassed area for sunbathing. There is a supermarket and chemist within 20 metres of the complex. Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport. Therefore a car is not essential. We are also surrounded by championship golf courses and driving ranges

The great thing about the Apartment was that it is in an excellent position and security is fantastic. The aparttment is prepared fabulously and is really clean and furnished to a high specification. The stay was very comfortable and we are looking forward to returning again in the future.

We had absolutely no complaints whatsover and would recommend to anyone

The apartment was clean with good facilities (washing machine, dish washer, aircon, Sky, LCD TV, etc). The security was also very good with second floor entrance to this apartment and local security onsite. The local area within 5-10 minutes had plenty of places to eat and drink and the town was a 10-15 minute walk away which had a lot of bars and restaurants. This was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I went to La Maestranza in June '09 with two of my friends. We were a little aprehensive as we had never gone on a holiday which we had organised ourselves. We arrived at the airport at tea time and were met by a taxi organised by the complex, who was very nice and told us a little about the area. When we arrived at La Maestranza we were very impressed by the appearance. The place is a little like a maze but after a few days you soon get used to it. the apartment was stunning absolutely no complaints....we even regarded it as 'our little house'. the pool was lovely, not too crowded. the nightlife certainly lived up to our expectations. the only complaint, which isn't really a complaint is the walk to puerta banus, which was about 30 mins. we only did it once as the complex is on top of a massive hill. taxis were cheap though about 8 euro. i would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Just returned from Puerto Banus after 2 weeks of glorious
weather - every day at 24 degrees plus and comfortable nights.
The apartment is well situated - just out of the razamataz but close enough if you want it with thankfully quite nights. The owner was very helpful and accomodating
3 pools (one heated), 3 balconies so sun all day if you require.
Super Mercado within minutes, also health centre and optician.
Pasta Cafe - a good restaurant with a full menu and within 5 mins walk with reasonable prices including 2 for 1 meal deals on pasta dishes and very good service. Two courses + wine and cocktails for two under £40.
We found Chinese and Indian places (also close by) very good but much more expensive.
We hired a car £160 for two weeks, fully comp., from Niza Cars at the airport and found this very useful for us as we enjoy driving around to see places and used it nearly every day. A dedicated space in the underground garage.
The apartment is well maintained and so also are the grounds. A little difficult to orientate at first with the 'Adalucian style of architecture' of steps and narrow pasages but soon became quaint and familiar.
The area it must be said is not for the infirm as much climbing of steps and is somewhat hilly although there are a series of lifts from the garages.
Would certainly recommend the area and the apartment and will go again ourselves.

Lovely apartment in Nueva Andalucía

Great apartment in a secure and nice complex, the heated pool is just excellent for autum-spring when the weather is still not very hot. The apartment itself is fantastic, with 3 terraces, one of them big enough to have lunch or dinner and sunbathe. Very clean and espacious enough for 4 people. The only "but", if any, is that the beach is a bit far away to go walking if you're with young children, but there are buses. We had a lovely time. Thanks Heide.

Buen apartamento en un complejo seguro y agradable, la piscina climatizada es estupenda para primavera-otoño, cuando aún no hace tanto calor como para bañarte en agua fría. El apartamento en sí está muy bien, con 3 terrazas, una de ellas lo suficientemente grande para comerc, cenar y tomar el sol en tumbona. Muy limpio y espacioso para 4 personas. El único "pero", si lo hay, es que la playa está un poco lejos para ir andando con niños pequeños, aunque hay autobuses. La zona es mayoritariamente extranjera, británicos sobre todo. El apartamento no tiene conexión a la antena de TV española, la TV es en inglés, así que está bien para practicar inglés. En general, nuestra experiencia es muy positiva.
