Our lovingly restored olive mill still retains the original mill workings and comprises two independent apartments which can be rented together or separately. Each apartment has a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people. The sleeping can be expanded to a maximum of 12 persons. The house is perched in a delightful hillside hamlet framed by Mount Scouasi and has arguably the best microclimate in Liguria, it faces due south and is plenty hot enough by day but refreshingly cooler by night. Close to Dolcedo, It is 20 minutes walking time from the small town of Prelá.

Lower Apartment : The apartment has its own independent entrance from the village lane via a garden gate leading down stairs to an external door. The door leads into the Cantina and the apartment front door then opens into the Kitchen/Lounge area. There is built-in seating in the lounge area and easy chairs. The apartment has domed ceilings and iron work reflecting the original building style and architecture.
