The beautiful luxurious villa of 185 m2 is situated in the splendid old romantic borough Hyères and at only 50 km from St Tropez. The villa has a garden of 1500 m2 with 2 terraces, of which one covered so that you can sit outside in the afternoon , enjoying the shade. The villa lies against the hillocks of Hyères. The house has a comfortable luxurious and very large living room with a flat TV screen and dvd player.The open kitchen foresees of all your needs: dishwasher, microwave, oven, deep-fry pan, blender etc. and in the scullery you find a washing machine. Connecting to the kitchen, there is a large covered terrace with fixed BBQ. On the second floor are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The first room is the master bedroom with a lit jumeaux (160 x 200) and a connecting bathroom with bath and wash-hand basin. The second room has 2 single beds and the last room has lit jumeaux (160 x 200). A separate toilet and the second bathroom (with cabin) are on the corridor.
