Situated in the prestigious La Sella complex, this stunning south facing villa sleeps 4. There is a terrace with kidney shaped pool 8 x 4 mts and stunning views over the valley. The house is modern, with a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave and oven. The lounge is spacious with a dining area beautifully furnished. There are doors to the terrace and pool. There is a satellite TV, and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and a super King sized bed, with doors leading out to the pool area. The second, sunny bedroom can be a double or 2 singles. There is a separate shower room. Outside there is a built in BBQ, a shower, sunbeds, tables and chairs and off street parking. The lower garden has wooden furniture overlooking the valley.

Denia and the surrounding area is noted for its greenness. There is a wealth of vineyards plus orange, lemon and olive groves dominated by the majestic Montgó mountain nature reserve and edged by the warm Mediterranean sea with its safe, sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Denia itself is a thriving cosmopolitan town with its own fishing port, yacht marina and ferry service to Ibiza just 2.5 hours away. As of 2008, there is a fabulous new shopping complex in Ondara, less than 10 minutes' drive. For theme parks, water parks, cabaret etc etc, you can visit Benidorm just 35 kms south along the motorway.
