.Superb self-catering villa situated in the bay of San Antiono, just 2 min walk from the beach down a quiet country lane, no traffic. Why share a pool when you can have your own?The house is fully equipped with all mod cons including Sky TV, computer access, WiFi, DVD, dishwasher and washing machine, all to make your holiday more relaxing and enjoyable. Villa has air conditioning and a BBQ .The newly built pool has large terraces with sun loungers and there is another terrace off the main house from French windows in the kitchen that can be used as chill-out area or outside dining area. Just a 15 min walk along the sea front to the busy town of San Antonio with its nightclubs and sunset bars and 5 mins walk in the other direction to the Bay area which is full of restaurants and bars and all sorts of kids activities. You´re never far from anywhere or anything you may need, when in the villa grounds you feel a million miles away from everything

Just 15 minutes walk from the busy resort of San Antonio , the villa is situated down a quiet country lane off the Bay of San Antonio. Incredibly close to all amenities and transport options.Es pouet beach is situated just 200 metres from the villa, where you will find all kinds of watersport activities, sunbeds and great food and drinks at the beach bars. There is a taxi rank if you wish to travel further afield , a bus stop that will take you into San Antonio or to the beaches such as Cala Conta And Cala Bassa that are a little further away. Alternatively you can take boat to four or five beaches from the mooring at the beach or into to San Antonio itself (water taxis). All these can be found by Ease Pouet beach at the end of the lane to the villa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of 400 euros in cash will be required when arriving at the property and will be returned on day of departure if there is time for a thorough check of the propertyor if not by bank transfer after departure once the property has been checked for any damages or breakages.
  • On booking the villa we require 50 % of the total price to be sent by Bank Transfer.This is non refundable.
    The remaining 50% to be paid in cash on arrival at the villa.
  • During high season JUly/AUgust there is a strict weekly booking saturday to saturday, but in other months we can be more flexible with changeover days , just ask and we will see what we can do.

Notes: The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need including kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Spacious lounge area with open fireplace, large TV with sky satellite, computer and wifi . Terrace off the kitchen lounge area with seating area and can be use for outside dining. Gas boiler for hot water so no waiting for reheating of electric boiler. If you do hire a car to get about and see the rest of the island there is ample space outside the gates of the property for parking of 2 cars, its a very safe private road used by just 8 villas in the lane. Air conditioning in main living area of house.
