Simply the best family-run beach hotel in Greece.

People come back year after year for a totally relaxing or child-centred holiday. Room 8 studio enables self-catering and a well-stocked supermarket is only 200 yards away. However, after a while, cold drinks apart, you won't see any reason to do prepare anything because the food is so consistently good and reasonably priced in the restaurant downstairs.
Kalogria Beach is run by Rena and Kostas who make you feel at home and literally welcome you into their family. If it’s your birthday, you get special attention. All the other staff – waiting, kitchen, and chamber-maids - are friendly and go out of their way to attend to your needs. The property is clean, well-maintained and just gets better every year. Room 8 is cool, airy and spacious with comfortable (firm) beds.
The pictures show exactly why people keep coming back year after year. You are on the edge one of the best beaches in Greece and could spend a fortnight without venturing more than 100 yards away from your room. The air, infused with the aroma of herbs, is invigorating. If you hire a car you can transport yourself to old Greece by visiting the nearby mountain villages.
The beach is perfect for children and excellent for sand-castle building. On some parts of the beach your ‘moat’ will automatically fill up with fresh water from the springs under the surface.
The turquoise sea is translucent and, apart from seeing your toes, you will notice the tiny fish. At twilight the sunset spreads an unforgettable golden path across the bay. Time for cocktails ...
