Located only 5 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, overlooking the sea and the island of Lokrum, you will find the perfect place of peace and quiet to spend your vacation at. Apartment *N* is located at Ploce, one of the most elite residence areas in Dubrovnik. Situated in a family house, in a peaceful and quiet area and surrounded with Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation our apartment will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. We offer you a very spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 5 persons. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned and includes sat TV. If you are arriving by car, there is a parking in front of the house.

The walk from Apartment *N* to the Old Town will take you approximately 5 minutes. The beautiful pebble beach Banje is also only several minutes walking distance from our apartment. In the vicinity there is grocery store and caffe. All services you might need are close, including shops, restaurants, post and banks. The public bus stop is in the vicinity as well, enabling you to go wherever you choose. Numerous monuments, cultural happenings, museums and other sightseeing objects are all within walking distance, just waiting to be explored by you. Dubrovnik’s Libertas Summer Festival is the largest and most celebrated cultural event in Croatia. It takes place from 10th July till 25th August. The first thing that strikes you about this location is the stunning view over the Old Town of Dubrovnik from outside the property. The appartment is located up a narrow and steep lane in the Ploce district. It is a family home which gives you a real sense of what it would be like to live in a Croatian home. The family live above and below and they were very welcoming and helpful. The appartment is a generous size and has everything we needed including satellite TV and wireless broadband which we found particularly useful. It was good to be within 10 minutes walk of Banje beach and the Old Town and we were able to walk everywhere. My only caveat would be that it is a steep climb to the house especially in the heat of the day.
