A charming detached gated villa with its own pool, hot-tub and gas BBQ. The sunny terraces are ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and alfresco dining. The accommodation is on 2 levels located on the upper level are the kitchen, entrance hall and shower room the lounge/diner, and balcony. The balcony has stunning views. The lower level consists of 2 double bedrooms one en-suite and one twin room. 2 of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool through patio doors. Also on this level is the family bathroom. All bathing facilities have wc and wash basin.

Green countryside with individual white washed villas, shady pine woods, citrus groves, and vine terracing made a pretty and relaxing setting. The villa is located in the orange groves of Benitachell and has stunning views over the valley. The village has a number of good bars and restaurants the local shops and supermarket provide all essentials. Combre Del Sol with its spectacular views and facilities which include horse riding is less than 5 minutes drive. Moraira an attractive town has a pleasant safe beach with a beautiful marina and a very busy market. Javea a larger town with a very good beach a variety of nightclubs and good restaurants both approximately 10 minutes drive from the villa.

A deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to secure the booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. Any booking made less than eight weeks before the start date, then payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

The TV has satellite reception and is linked to a DVD player, DVD's are changed weekly. Broadband is available by arrangement. The property will be cleaned prior to each rental. Bed linen and towels including pool towels are supplied and changed weekly. The property is a non smoking villa, but please feel free to smoke in the garden or on the balcony. The lounge has patio doors onto the well furnished balcony.
There are many local festivals and events in the area. Terra Mitica theme park is about a 25 minute drive, as is Benidorm with its exciting night life and huge array of shops.
