Luxurious apartment near Barcelona beach
Luxurious and new apartment, modern and close to the city centre. It has 60 metres square and it is available for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee maker, dish washing machine, one living room with a sofa bed and a small balcony. It has also television, heating and air conditioning. There is washing machine, television, CD player and if you asking us in advance, DVD. It is in a 1st floor of a building without elevator ( NO LIFT ) and the area is really quiet. The street name is VIDAL I DE VALENCIANO NUMBER 7 (POBLE NOU). The flat is well communicated with public transport (metro line and buses ). The closest metro station is POBLE NOU (line 4, yellow one ). The area is full of shops and restaurants. The beach is only 200 metres from the apartment. To arrive to the centre of Barcelona is only 5 stops by metro.
