Beautiful, large mansion, 4 bedrooms, in palm tree and mimosa garden. Mansion of 190 m² in Vence, 2 km from the Matisse chapel and only 10 km from the beaches. Lots of pedestrian walking tracks nearby ad only 45 minutes from Mercantour Park. Nice airport on the Cote d’Azur is just 20 minutes away. Garden area of 2000 m² planted with palm trees and mimosas. Pool is 8 m diameter. 200 m² of terraces, of which a part is shaded ( 20 m²). Barbecue. This mansion has a 50 m² living room with a central fireplace and three large french windows with direct access to terrace and pool, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven, 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms/toilets. Security service. Caretaker’s house available for entourage. House chef and table d’hotes also available. Mountain view. Lovely sea view from two vantage points. South-facing. Solarium in tower bedroom. Beautiful old beams, lots of character.
