Budoni is a seaside resort on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between two municipalities; San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 that follows the eastern coastline from Cagliari to Olbia. It includes 18 km. of coastline that rise from the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering Budoni marvellous landscapes and sandy beaches and surrounding it by rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the village. However, Budoni doesn't only mean the sea; the village is situated on a flat area but the rest of the territory is prevalently hilly and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.

we had a very enjoyable stay at this Villa athe end of august whit my family,we found the facillities very good and safe especially with young children.Pasquale and her family were very helpfull.
The villa was very clean with a wonderfull privat garden, surrounded by blooming oleander. The real plus is the gorgeus beach just 100 metres away.
Budoni is a Fantastic Village whit fantastic restaurants.

Very Positive Experience!

Me and my family stayed at the villa from 13 - 20 October 2008 and had a lovely time. We were met by the family who took us to the property and gave us lots of advice on what to do and where to go. They were really helpful and friendly.

The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the comforts described. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning on the terrace and the beach is literally five minutes or so walk away. We were only a short distance away from a number of local shops including supermarkets, a bank, restaurants, etc. The property is also very centrally located for travel by car and it was easy to get onto the motorway to see Sardinia.

Overall we had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend the accommodation. Many thanks to Pasquale and his family again.

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht.
Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir haben besonders genossen, dass die Terrasse am Morgen und in der Mittagshitze schön schattig war und man wunderbar die angenehme Abendsonne genießen konnte. Zum schönen Strand sind es wirklich nur wenige Meter zu laufen. Unsere Kinder ( 6 u.9) hatten in dem sehr sauberen und klaren Wasser Ihren Spaß. Am Strand kann man auch am Abend mit Blick aufs Meer nett essen gehen. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung ist man auch schnell mal im etwas quirligeren San Theodoro, wo man abends prima bummeln kann.

Wir haben 1 Woche im September in Budoni verbracht und waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber, ordentlich und absolut ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Das Haus ist auch mit Kindern absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch der Ort bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt.
