New villa situated 100 metres far from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of the village. All the main facilities (bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) easily and quickly reachable (not more than 800 metres far). The villa has a wide living room, 2 bedroom, a bathroom, a living veranda, ideal for relaxing dinners wide garden. There is a private parking inside. Further photos available on request.

Budoni is a seaside resort on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between two municipalities; San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 that follows the eastern coastline from Cagliari to Olbia. It includes 18 km. of coastline that rise from the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering Budoni marvellous landscapes and sandy beaches and surrounding it by rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the village. However, Budoni doesn't only mean the sea; the village is situated on a flat area but the rest of the territory is prevalently hilly and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.

We were in Budoni from 15th to 29th august..Oh what a Great holiday!!!
The villa is really pretty, situated 100metres far from the beach and near village's centre where you can find everything you need (chemist's, market, bar, restaurants, etc...)
There is a very pretty veranda ideal for my relaxing dinner after a wonderful day at the beach...Important: there is a car parking!
I recommend it to everybody: family, young people, etc...
The owners were very kind with us and very willing to help us for everything.
We enjoy our stay in Budoni. The beach is wonderful there with a beautiful see: however this is Sardinia!!!!
I suggest this Villa to everybody...

Wir waren im September zwei Wochen in Budoni und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da ein schöner gepflegter Garten zur Wohnung gehört. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns tolle Tipps für gute Restaurants gab. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
