New villa situated 100 metres far from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of the village. All the main facilities (bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) easily and quickly reachable (not more than 800 metres far). The villa has a living room, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a living veranda, ideal for relaxing dinners garden, garden. there is a public parking near to house. Further photos available on request.

Budoni is a seaside resort on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between two municipalities; San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 that follows the eastern coastline from Cagliari to Olbia. It includes 18 km. of coastline that rise from the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering Budoni marvellous landscapes and sandy beaches and surrounding it by rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the village. However, Budoni doesn't only mean the sea; the village is situated on a flat area but the rest of the territory is prevalently hilly and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.

Sardinia in September

We loved Sardinia and Budoni is an ideal location, close to many beaches and a nice town with some fantastic restaurants. The apartment was small but adequate for 2 people. There were no cleaning materials available, which meant an early visit to the Supermarket, to purchase tea towels, dishcloths, bin liners etc.
We had some really large thunderstorms and unfortunately the patio area didn't keep out the rain, so we were confined inside even though it was still very hot outside.
The real plus was the fantastic beach just 100 metres away, making a swim before breakfast an easy option.
A car is probably advised if you want to see the many beautiful beaches.

The small appartment (enough space for 2 persons) is very close to the sea and therefore the optimal solution for 2 persons (which are looking out for a short way to the beach). The flat is one of 3 appartments in the house and is separate enough to have his own privacy.
It was well cleaned, maintained and the owner gaves a very good support during our staying.
The city centre with all its main facilities can be reached by feet in about 15 minutes.

Overall it was a nice stay and once we want to come again to Budoni, it is definetely a place where we would try to stay again.

We really loved to stay in your house during our vacation. It is excellent equipped, clean and well cultivated.

Here are some words in German.
Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in Budoni und wohnten in der kleinen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Für Reisende mit Kindern ist dieses Ziel zu empfehlen, da auch der große Garten zum Verweilen einlädt. Schon bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme (Mails) funktionierte alles hervorragend, d.h. keine lange Wartezeiten im Mailverkehr.
Wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub in Budoni planen, werden wir bestimmt wieder hier nach einer freien Wohnung fragen.
