This bright, ground floor studio apartment with large terrace,fenced private garden and underground parking is part of a brand new gated 'Domaine Juan Flore' located along the sea shore at Juan les Pins, the flower capital, jazz capital of the Cote D'Azur located between Cap D'Antibes and Cannes. There is a 50metre pool and direct access to the beach (100 metres) . An ideal location for exploring, direct link to A8 motorway,Cannes, Monaco, Italy, the Alps and easy bus access from Nice Airport (no. 200), Golf courses nearby. Fully furnished with sofa bed and alcove with 2 singles that can make a double. Reversible air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, plus flat screen tv/dvd/music centre. The terrace has quality teak furnishings and is ideal for eating outdoors on those balmy evenings. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect for most of the day. You will be greeted on arrival by our local contact. Bedding,towels, electricity are included in rent.

A desirable location, close to the nearby historical town of Antibes and the popular holiday resorts of Nice and Cannes are easily accessible by the reqular bus and train services and a short distance from the A8 auto route, exit 44. The 200 bus goes from Nice airport Terminal 1 and passes Les Amphores bus stop, 150 metres from apartment. Can go on day trips to Monaco, Northern Italy, south to Cannes and St Raphael. The Alps are located nearby and you are about an hours drive to skiing. Within an 100m walk of the beautiful sandy beach with its bustling promenade of shops and restaurants where you can sample mouth watering French cuisine or try out some of the Italian pizzerias or Thai restaurants. Browse for a while in interesting little shops along the cobbled streets in nearby Antibes or walk to the yachting harbour of Golf Juan closeby. An ideal location in Cote D'azur

  • Price includes linen, towels, electricity. You will be greeted on arrival and will be shown around. You will also receive a welcome pack which will include such things as bottle of wine, some sundries bread/jam/ milk.... so you can relax immediately . Le Clerc supermarket is also located about 100 m from apartment which is very handy for your daily shop... there are restaurants, bakery and McDonald's located beside LeClerc.
    A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival. There will also be a 300 Euro deposit which will be returned if all is found to be correct during clean-up of the apartment following your departure.

  • This studio apartment is L shaped which encompasses an alcove with over/under single beds which can also make a large double bed.These 2 single beds, one which can be stored under the other if not in use can make 2 single beds or can be used side by side as a large double! The main studio area has a large sofa bed that opens out into a very large (170 cm) double bed with its own headboard. If only two people are staying in the apartment, the alcove may be used as a bedroom thus keeping the main studio area as a living area only. All the beds are top quality with memory mattresses and are extremely comfortable to sleep in!

Notes: There is a dedicated underground garage with this apartment. There is a lift that will take you from the underground car park direct to the lobby which is 3 metres from apartment door. All is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is also equipped with coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, teak garden furniture, HD flatscreen TV. The complex is a secure gated domain with security and has a 50m swimming pool with rock formation slides and a children's area. This pool typically sloses from the end of September until the following May. Remember, you are only about 100 metres from the sandy beach which runs all the way from Juan les Pins to Golfe Juan.

We used this appt for a few nights over Easter. We found the appt to be v clean and equipped (especially the kitchen ). Our communications with the owners and the contact agent in France were always helpful and timely. We would reccommend this appt to others. This secure development is being finished to a high standard, with the area this appt is in looking v well established now. It is well located - close to the beach and beach side restaurants, local shops ( 2 excellent bakers and a supermarket), and very good transport links.

Great apartment, nice docor and very clean and well maintained. Everything you need in the apartment to enjoy your stay. Very close to beaches and shops and good bars also close by. Would definately recommend a stay!

Even before arriving at the appartment we were very impressed with amount of helpful information and speedy communications from the owner.On our arrival the welcome was very friendly and helpful and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the flat.Very nicely furnished with everything we needed.Well situated, we found we had no need for a car as the local transport system was both excellent and inexpensive whether staying local or venturing further away, and there was certainly plenty to do and see in the region.

Stayed for two weeks in this property and found it to be very comfortable with all amenities as advertised.contact with owner prior to going excellent and property clean and well maintained on arrival.good supermarket and bars /restaurants nearby and local bus stop a few minutes walk away.no.200 bus from airport will drop you off a few 100 yds from apartment.would definitely recommend this apartment to friends .suitable for couple or family of four.

lovely furnished, not far from the beaches, quiet

We have enjoyed the stay in this appartement very much. The studio is very comfortably and tastefully furnished. And moreover very practically (The kitchen is superb!, the washing machine and bathroom as well).

There is also an umbrella and two chairs for the beach. We appreciated the garden with fence (which could be locked), we have wattered it every evening (which made the air more fresh).

The seaside is nearby, just a few minutes, the surrounding was very quiet, you could reach the city within 15-20 minutes walking or few minutes with a car (and the parking after 19 o clock is free of charge) - there was really night life, with jazz festival etc.

Except the supermarket (just round the corner there is also an internet caffee), there are other possibilities for buying some food - a very good backery, pizza with delivery service, a stand with grilled chickens, a pharmacy

The contact person was nice and helpful.
