150 GBP deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the date of rental. A damage retainer of 150 GBP is also required. Payment may be paid via Paypal or direct bank transfer. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 10 weeks to the start date. Cancellations past the deadline of 10 weeks will result in loss of all payment and the full fee payable.

Coast / Beach
A 5 minute walk takes you onto the beautiful safe sandy beaches and flat promenade leading you to the famous rock (Peñon de Ifach ). the beaches are EEC blue flag and include all facilities. The promenade is lined with an assortment of bars and restaurants for you to choose from. There are many more coves and beaches to explore along the coast. A 5 minute walk in the other direction brings you to the interesting old town with its quaint old buildings, narrow cobbled streets and shady squares littered with typical spanish bars, restaurants and tapas.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante which is about a 45 minute drive away. Valencia airport is about 90 minutes away by car. Car hire is available at all airports and locally.

This area offers an abundance of attractions from the glass bottom boat rides in Calpe to the exciting theme parks in Benidorm. In nearby Benidorm you will find Mundomar with it´s aquatic shows, Aqualanda Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park to amuse the whole family all day.
