Not very disabled friendly apartment

I booked apartment 320, on the understanding it would meet the needs of a disabled person, namely my wife, who is in a wheelchair. Too reach the apartment, one has to cross from the reception area to the apartment building by negotiating an uneven crazy pathing path. then come to a steep ramp to climb, after doing this you then come onto an uneven private road, you follow this around to another steep ramp, having done this assault course you then arrive at the lift, unfortunately this lift is not really designed to accept a widish wheelchair, so wheelchair user has to disembark. when you reach the apartment, the same problem with width of the door. The apartment is really tiny with a narrow aperture to get into the bathroom, which is also tiny, so wheelchair use is a no no. The balcony is not too bad, the criticism is that your view is spoiled by looking at the back of a steak house. The plus points and there are some, are thus. the apartment was very clean, there are all the british channels on the small tv. it does have a very good microwave grill, the bed is very comfortable.. my recommendation to anyone wanting to stay at this place is this, if you are disabled and want to stay here, book into the main block were the reception area is. they have adequate lifts and full size apartments with washing machines, walkin showers etc.not tiny studios, the cost is more but you do not have a route march to get to your apartment. very disappointed with room 320
