Within a five minute drive on the US27 Highway is the Southern Dunes and Champions Gates Golf Resorts,Walmart and Publixs supermarkets,a wide choice of fast food outlets and fine dining establishments.Bob Evans, Dennys and Cracker Barrell family restaurants to name but a few are on hand.Blockbuster,two 24 hour pharmacy's and petrol station/convenience stores even closer.The Heart of Florida Hospital and a number of walk in medical centres are close by. Orlando International Airport is 30 minute drive and Sanford International Airport a further twenty minutes away.     Rates include all taxes and utilities and the cleaning of the house at the end of your stay.
  • Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays are classed as peak weeks and the rental rate is £1150 per week.
  • Pool and spa can be heated and the cost for this is £120 / $210 per week.

Fab Ty Seren Break!!

We stayed at Ty Seren for two weeks at the beginning of June, and can only say good things about the whole holiday!! With nine of us in the group, we had booked a villa that we hoped would appeal to everyone and give enough space for us all, and this didn't disappoint. Every need was catered for, from the games room for the three children in the group, to the pool which was a welcome relief on the hot afternoons after the parks, and we can honestly say we did not want for anything during the stay!!
Helen was fantastic prior to our arrival, answering all of our questions, and providing useful info on the area surrounding the villa, and we can only say we wish we had tried Mannys earlier in the fortnight!!
We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious home from home experience in Florida, as this will not disappoint!
Thanks Helen and Shaun for all of your hard work in helping to make this a fantastic first Florida holiday for most of the family, and for making us hardened Florida visitors (eighth trip) realise there is life outside of I-Drive!!!

A Wonderful House

Despite it being a rainy week, the house was so beautiful and comfortable the inclement weather hardly affected us. The house had everything one could want for a great holiday, including a game room and a wonderfully relaxing spa. There was also a good selection of family movies to watch on a 50 inch plasma TV. The neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant. We had an amazing time at Ty Seren.

The spa is a such a lovely way to relax and unwind after a busy day at one of the theme parks.

Luxury All The Way

We stayed at this property from April 8 to April 17, 2009. There was 5 of us in our party, including 2 teenagers. The house and property were very well maintained and more than met our needs. The bedrooms were very spacious and the adjoining bathrooms were plentiful. What more could we have asked for? We took advantage of having the pool heated and made very good use of it--daily to be exact and also some night swims. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. Disney and the typical tourist attractions were approximately 45-60 minutes drive (according to traffic conditions) from the house, but very well sign posted for foreign visitors. The owners were excellent in their communications and very well organized with their information they provided.

Awesome home !

We just spent the last week (April 18-25) at Ty Seren and could not have been more pleased with our home away from home. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 kids ranging from 4 yrs to 8 yrs old and they really enjoyed the game room, the Wii and the pool. It was so nice to come home to a house we could all spread out in, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The house has been very well taken care of and is in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we talk to. Helen was so wonderful with all her tips and continuous emails to make sure everything was up to par. I would recommend one thing to future guests...the week we stayed, the temp was in the mid to upper 80's and had been in the higher 70's to lower 80's for several weeks prior, so we decided not to get the pool heated. I would recommend to get that heat! The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, although the kids handled it well. Thanks again Helen, for everything you've done and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Awesome Property for Families

Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more.

Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house!

Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and noting is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return.
