Thirty minutes to all that International Drive has to offer-an abundance of shops,restaurants and tourist attractions.The Gulf Beaches are less than an hour away from the house. Within a five minute drive on the US27 Highway is the Southern Dunes and Champions Gates Golf Resorts,Walmart and Publixs supermarkets,a wide choice of fast food outlets and fine dining establishments.Bob Evans, Dennys and Cracker Barrell family restaurants to name but a few are on hand.Blockbuster,two 24 hour pharmacy's and petrol station/convenience stores even closer.The Heart of Florida Hospital and a number of walk in medical centres are close by. Orlando International Airport is 30 minute drive and Sanford International Airport a further twenty minutes away. Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre at Titusville is approximately an hours drive.

Benefiting from a humid tropical climate, Florida offers access to some fantastic golf complexes and courses. Amongst these is the 5-star Southern Dunes Golf Resort, which boasts a beautifully designed course and the complex has an outdoor (and heated) pool and associated spa. The respected magazine Golf Monthly awarded the Omni Resort 4 stars. This resort is situated in nearby Champions Gate, boasts three Professional Golf Association (PGA) accredited courses, with designers including Greg Norman and David Ledbetter, and it will be no surprise to see some world renowned professionals and golfing's household names on any of these courses.

Fab Ty Seren Break!!

We stayed at Ty Seren for two weeks at the beginning of June, and can only say good things about the whole holiday!! With nine of us in the group, we had booked a villa that we hoped would appeal to everyone and give enough space for us all, and this didn't disappoint. Every need was catered for, from the games room for the three children in the group, to the pool which was a welcome relief on the hot afternoons after the parks, and we can honestly say we did not want for anything during the stay!!
Helen was fantastic prior to our arrival, answering all of our questions, and providing useful info on the area surrounding the villa, and we can only say we wish we had tried Mannys earlier in the fortnight!!
We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious home from home experience in Florida, as this will not disappoint!
Thanks Helen and Shaun for all of your hard work in helping to make this a fantastic first Florida holiday for most of the family, and for making us hardened Florida visitors (eighth trip) realise there is life outside of I-Drive!!!

ONE OF THE BEST

If you want to pick the perfect house for your vacation in Orlando, do not go any further, this is the ONE. I had stayed in several rental houses none of them came even close to this one. The house is very clean, beautiful and having all necessaries you ever need for the house( except food and drink). Kids will have no boring time between the game room, the Wii and the pool. There are plenty books and blu-ray movies. Pick this one and thank me later.

One of the best vacation rental villas. We have stayed at many, and this is a definite "repeat"! Thank you for a place to make wonderful family vacation memories! By far the the favorite room was the game room! Then the beautiful pool. The lanai is very private with foliage surrounding. Haines City is full of great restaurants and of course a Walmart Supercenter. Only 15-20 minutes from the Parks. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Home in an ideal location !!

This was our first visit to Florida and we had such an amazing time . We felt so lucky to be staying in such a spacious and beautifully decorated house . The boys loved the pool the games room and enormous plasma tv - some days we even had to persuade them to go to the theme parks as they didn't want to leave the house !! We enjoyed some great bbq's by the pool and after hours walking around the theme parks it was so lovely to come back 'HOME'. Huge thanks to Helen & Shaun for all their help , emails and calls. We can't wait to go back to Ty Seren as it holds so many happy memories for us !

A Wonderful House

Despite it being a rainy week, the house was so beautiful and comfortable the inclement weather hardly affected us. The house had everything one could want for a great holiday, including a game room and a wonderfully relaxing spa. There was also a good selection of family movies to watch on a 50 inch plasma TV. The neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant. We had an amazing time at Ty Seren.
