Centrally located near the Martinez Hotel, this 1-bedroom apartment is under 5 minutes walk from the beach and the rue d'Antibes and 10-15 mins walk to the Palais des Festivals along the seafront making it an excellent choice for vacation or congresses. Completely renovated throughout, the apartment is bright and airy - with WiFi Internet access as well as TV/DVD. It comprises: entrance area, 1 bedroom (twin beds), living area with good quality double sofa-bed, well-equipped kitchen with hob, grill/microwave/oven, fridge and bar for morning coffee, bathroom with shower/bath. A cot is also available on request. The large balcony seats 4 easily for eating and relaxing and is accessed from both the bedroom and the living room via French windows. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift. An allocated parking place for 1 car is also included in the underground car park of the building.

  • NOTE: The rate for November and December do NOT include the conferences ie Mapic, Mipim Horizon or Xmas holidays. Please semd an email for these rates.
    Rental weeks generally run Saturday to Saturday although other days could be possible. For longer bookings, then there are attractive discounts available- please email owner. Arrival time is after 15.00 on day of arrival and check out is by 10.00.
  • The price is inclusive and covers linen and towels for up to 4 people as arranged at time of booking. It also includes cleaning on departure as well as free use of car parking space in the building. A breakages deposit of 200 Euros/150 pounds is payable for each booking and will be refunded after departure once the apartment has been verified as left in an orderly/undamaged condition.
  • Payment is accepted in Euros or British pounds by cheque or electronic bank transfer.

Lovely bright apartment, fully equipped, and with a nice balcony for relaxation in the evening sun. This is a perfect location being only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants,and beach. It was a very pleasant walk along La Croisette to the old port where there was a greater selection of restaurants and bars. Alternatively one could take the bus which passed within 150m of the apartment every 20 minutes or so.
We often used the small electric bus E-LO which completed a circuit of the city every 10-15mins (Mon -Sat) 9h-20h. This was useful for journeys to more distant shops, the rail station, and the port. The nearest stop was only a 10 min. stroll from the apartment.
It was a most enjoyable holiday for us.
Special thanks to owner Sally who made us so welcome!!

We had a great stay - excellent apartment near Martinez Hotel and within easy walking distance of all Cannes has to offer. Furnished to a high standard and very well equipped throughout - Wi-fi included a real plus for those on business.
Friendly and helpful owner, thanks Sally - we'll certainly be back next year!!
