This private villa is only 5 years old and is of a very high standard. Upstairs master bedroom suite with luxury bathroom and private terrace. Located within a quiet residential area near the town centre, with only 2 neighbouring villas.It has stunning views over the adjacent valley and hills beyond. Good local supermarket and restaurants within a 15 minute walk providing a wide range of cuisines. Local market on Friday mornings excellent for souvenirs. Moraira beach is very family-friendly with facilities for children, volleyball nets for the more active and pedalos for all to enjoy. A beautiful coastal-walk through landscaped gardens leads you to the stunning El Portet beach 2km from Moraira, providing charming cafes , a slightly quieter atmosphere and lovely clean sands. Entertainment for the kids includes local attractions such as go-karting ,diving school and jet skis. Also half an hour down the coast is the famous Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Benidorm.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposits: A 25% deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £250 will also be payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This security deposit will be refunded in full upon confirmation from our manager, post your departure, if no damage. Pricing includes all utility charges (electricity, air conditioning, underfloor heating, gas and water). The villa will be cleaned and have it’s linen and towels changed before and after your departure on a weekly basis.

We had a marvellous week at Villa Clare and would certainly recommend it to anyone thinking of holidaying in Moraira. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and very welcoming, with lots of well thought out extras to make our stay that much more enjoyable. The children loved their bedrooms and the master suite upstairs was very luxurious. The villa is very conveniently placed close to the town centre and yet it felt very private and not overlooked at all. Outside is terrific for the whole family and we very much enjoyed relaxing by the pool. A thoroughly lovely villa and one we would certainly go back to.

The family and I loved our holiday to Spain, the Moraira area and this lovely villa. We all spent lots of time in and around the pool and had a really relaxing and refreshing break. The villa is well equipped and most importantly clean with just about all holiday needs catered for. We visited a number of nearby towns but found Moraira to be the best in so many ways and a largely unspoilt location.

We would happliy return to this villa in the future and recomend to friends and family.

Fantastic holiday. Beautiful villa with good facilities. Spent more time at the villa than anticipated. Moraira is a lovely understated resort with a relaxed atmosphere and good amenities. Would recommend the Upper Club in the port for drinks before dinner in the restaurant below. All in all, a very pleasant surpise to find such a classy piece of Spain which reminded us of the Cote D'Azure.
