Notes to the rental rates

• 100 pounds deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the date of rental. A damage retainer of 100 pounds is also required. Payment may be paid via Paypal or direct bank transfer. All cancellations must be received in writing no less than 10 weeks prior to the start date. Cancellations past the deadline of 10 weeks will result in loss of all payment, and the full fee payable.
