Welcome to our fully equipped vacation home. This brand new 4 bedroom home is unbeatable value and can sleep 8 people very comfortably, 10 using the living area sofa bed. Bring the entire family and stay in a luxury self-catering villa for the price of a single hotel room. The following facilities are among those available; 23ft Private Screened Pool (heating optional- $20/£13 per night- but recommended between October and April), Air conditioning, bed linens and towels, laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with ice maker, cable TV and DVD player, televisions with cable in 3 bedrooms, play station games console, in-house high speed, wireless Internet access, lap-top computer, free local telephone calls, i-Pod / MP3 docking station/ radio and a portable cd/radio player. A crib, high-chair and stroller are also available for use.

Situated right next to the Medieval Times themed restaurant and close to several other large chain restaurants on the 192 eg Outback Steak House, Denny's, and Mc D's to name but a few. There is a massive Wal-Mart Supermarket within easy walking distance.

Relaxing vacations

I've been in Bellavida Orlando for Christmas and New Years Eve and although the parks and shops are absolutely crowded, I could count with a very relaxing and pleasant vacation time due the peaceful and confortable space our 8-people group found in this villa.

The villa is brand new with excelent appliances and entertaining stuff.

We also had a kindness attention from the management company which has gone the 'extra mile' for us. Thank you!

My family of 5 plus one set of grandparents just returned from Disney/Seaworld. The house had the perfect floorplan for the 7 of us. All necessities were there. The kids loved the pool and playstation; we didn't even check out any of the rest of the resort! Located just off 192, it is a direct shot straight to Disney area, and very convenient to SeaWorld, also. We also loved the 24 hour Walmart practically next door for quick necessities. Everything was just as described -Thanks!
