The air-conditioned villa has three double bedrooms and there is also a self contained studio apartment under the villa which can sleep 2 people. There is a large shower room upstairs with another downstairs. The villa has a 12 x 6 metre private swimming pool, which is one of the largest attatched to a private villa on the Kas peninsular, and a large sun bathing area. The villa has been furnished to a high standard and decorated in the ottoman style with decorative wooden coving and wooden ceiling roses in all the principal rooms.The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a fireplace, satellite television and a DVD player. The villa is set in landscaped gardens. The owner/operator lives on site and is there to handle any unforeseen problems to ensure you have an enjoyable and stress free holiday.

Four bedroom villa which sleeps up to eight people(three double bedrooms ) and a studio apartment that sleeps two. There is a large shower room upstairs with another downstairs. The studio apartment has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have a sea view. The villa is fully equipped with washing machine, fully fitted out kitchen and satellite TV and DVD player. Towels and sheets are provided.

The villa is located some four and a half kilometres from Kas town on an unspoilt peninsular. There are regular bus and taxi services running into the town. The town was formally a small fishing village and while there has been some development it still retains its original charm and character. There is a good range of restaurants and bars in the town which can meet to most peoples tastes. On Fridays the weekly market is held and is frequented by locals and tourists alike.

    A security deposit of EUR200 is payable upon arrival which will be refunded on departure.

Our holiday was made extra special because of the wonderful views from the infinity pool and balcony.

We came for a break from the pressures of a busy lifestyle. We found it here at the upper villa- which was spotlessly clean and well-equipped.

Local knowledge, provided by Nick and Selma, helped us make the most of our stay.

We would love to return- and would recommend these villas and the picturesque town of Kas for an idyllic holiday.

This villa really has the most breathtaking views and the most fantastic pool to see them from. The pictures here really don't reflect how great it is! We had a superb holiday here with lovely, very helpful hosts (Nick & Selma) nearby, willing to help at all times. Kas and Kalkan both have lots to offer and the beaches and scenery are breathtaking.

Perfect house - Breathtaking view - Big Pool!

This is the best place to stay in Kas! We spent there a wonderful time with our children and our parents (3 generations on holiday - and everyone of us enjoyed it). The pool (it must be the biggest pool in town!) is very nice and absolutly clear. Our children (4 - 6 years old) loved it. While you are swimming in the pool you can see the sea and the islands. The view is breathtaking - you see the sea and the islands from nearly every room! Everything is completly new, tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and in high quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they organized really a lot of things for us. We recommended this house to our friends.
