The property lies in the centre of the well established urbanisation 'El Capistrano Village'. Thirty meters from a small but well equipped supermarket and fifty meters from the marvellous pool area with three swimming pools (one for children), bars and restaurant, makes this self-catering villa a romantic and comfortable place to relax. It has an unusually large and lush private and walled garden for childrens play, to take the sun or enjoy a candle light dinner in. The spacious living area, connected to the master bedroom, has an open fireplace, 3 piece suit, 30 channel T.V. and a conservatory with French doors opening up into the garden. The comfortable dining area sits up to six persons and the kitchen contains oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster etc. One of the twin bedrooms has an on-suite shower with wash basin and WC. Extra cot available. This is a very exceptional villa with it´s big and protected garden and more than one hundred sq. meters of floor space.
