Luxury 2 Bedroom holiday home for rent. Master Bedroom with En-suite Jacuzzi bath and balcony with stunning views of Benidorm. Twin room with view of pool and separate shower room. Full kitchen including oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils etc. Large living room with double sofa bed, television with cable TV, DVD player and additional seating. Dining area which seats six. Living room leads to private terrace and garden which includes luxury table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. Lower level of house also has a WC. Front door leads to pool area literally a few steps away. Situated within a secure gated complex. Resort includes restaurant, bar, sports club, spa and par 3 golf course. 2 Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses nearby. Also situated next to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks.

Near the traditional Spanish town of Finestrat and a short taxi ride from the centre of the lively resort of Benidorm and its 3 award winning beaches. Next to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme parks. 2 Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses at the nearby Real de Falua hotel. At the foot of Sierra Cortina mountain range which offers some spectacular walks. Close to the main shopping area of Benidorm, La Marina, which includes lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Places of interest within the region include the historic mountain village of Guadalest, Aqualandia water park and the towns of Altea & Calpe. Close to the train station where you can travel to Alicante or Denia where the ferry to Majorca & Ibiza departs.

Stayed from 3rd September 09 for 1 week was very clean and modern home has excellent views over benidorm and pool is very quiet never once seen anyone other than us at the pool which was good. Terra Mitica is very close by and taxi service is good into benidorm. would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

The apartment is as described. It is clean and was spacious enough for our family of 4 (Kids 10 & 6).
Well equipped kitchen area. TV with DVD player very welcome when it got too hot for the kids!
Shared Pool is lovely and was very quiet even in August.
Very close to Terra Mitica and Benidorm.
Benidorm not really our cup of tea so we ventured further up the coast to Altea which has a lovely beach and sea front with excellent restaurants.
Bellagio Spa Restaurant which is just round from the corner is lovely and welcome children. Food very reasonably priced and delicious.
Owners communication excellent. Highly recommended.

Super holiday

This new house was well maintained, comfortable, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, including a barbeque for meals in the private garden overlooking Benidorm and the sea. Resort was peaceful and relaxing with a lovely pool. Only minutes from super golf courses and a great 18 hole pitch & putt course and within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shops, hypermarket and Benidorm itself. Also near to Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura animal/water park. Helpful phone numbers and leaflets for local attractions were provided. Would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Accomodation was excellent and had all the facilities that you would require and has amazing views over benidorm, bus services run every 15 mins and take you all the way around the town for a small price. Local taxi firm extremely good and even give you advice on where to eat. Great shopping facilities at La Marina only 10 mins in a taxi or for those that like walking a 20 min walk down hill where you have Mango, Zara etc.
Would highly recommend this as a holiday choice.
