This fantastic NEW luxury apartment is right on the sea front! The beautiful living space is modern and very comfortable; there is a private balcony to have breakfast or sit and enjoy a sunset cocktail! This is by far the best location in San Antonio and it´s quiet and very relaxing with few buildings. The apartment is extremely well located and only minutes walking to everywhere inc Cafe Del Mar, Mambo and the Sunset Strip, as well as many other shops, bars and restaurants - a car is not necessary. The building is only metres from the sea, and a little walk down the road brings you into a beautiful secluded bay, with a lovely beach and turquoise waters! The promenade is fantastic for talking a walk, and you will never tire of the view into the large bay with all the boats. There is good snorkeling right in front of the apartments, this really is the most beautiful spot on the island.

This beautiful property is extremely pleasant from the outside and within. Each apartment is South facing and enjoys lots of sunshine and light and the views are STUNNING!! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The well equipped open kitchen, dining area, lounge and terrace all look straight out to sea! In front of the building is a bathing platform with steps straight into the water! The apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped with modern comfortable furniture and appliances. There is a plasma screen and DVD system, ideal for those nights relaxing and listening to music or watching a film. All the rooms are individually air conditioned so that you can be sure of maximum comfort during your stay. The open kitchen is fully equipped and also looks out to sea. Perhaps the best feature is the balcony where you will have a wonderful breakfast as you watch the boats cruising on the bay, or to sit and watch the beautiful colours as the sun sets over the sea.

Words cannot do justice to this fantastic waterfront location, it´s in the most wonderful spot with stunning sea views and 2 lovely beaches only a very short walk. It is an amazing place to watch the sunset and area boasts the best beaches and bays that Ibiza has to offer. It´s a great location for families as well as groups of friends and a short drive inland are beautiful local villages full of orange, olive and almond groves, vineyards, complete tranquility and a way of life untouched by time. There are many shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the apartments have a wonderful pool that looks straight out to sea, and underground parking for your car. There are lifts almost straight to the apartment door and the block is very safe and secure and suited to small children. The interiors are exceptional, with lots of light and beautifully furnished. Within a short walk is the lively town of San Antonio with its fantastic night market, beautiful sea front.

Cala Gracio - Best of both worlds: Despite the stigma attached to San Antonio, amongst the locals it is known as one of the most beautiful parts of the island. It has the best beaches, the sun sets over the sea, and there is an enormous amount of shops, bars and restaurants. Its night markets on the Paseo Maritimo are the best on the island, and the area is used to visitors and caters for every kind of need. Perhaps you fancy a trip out on a boat, or a game of tennis, football for the children, or just to laze around the pool and go snorkeling in the crystal clear water? Here you can do it all. The trick is to come and experience it for yourself. If you want a night out, you have some of the islands best bars and clubs right on your doorstep! But if it's peace and quiet you are looking for, you just won't find better. Being walking distance to everywhere, it really is the best of both worlds!
