  • on the groundfloor there is a very big double bedroomwith ensuited bathroom . a white marble staircase (16 steps with handrail) bring you to the first floor. here you'll find 3 rooms: one is a double room with a balcony on the swimming pool. one is a a single bed room with a very nice pale blue bed , one is a double bedroom with a nice vista on the countryside. here you'll also find a bathroom with shower, bathtub,bidet,toilet. on the first flloor there is also another nice little balcony with vista on the country(very nice and secluded) all the rooms get plenty of light but there is no need of air conditioned because there is always a nice summer breeze from the sea that makes the air pleasently cool we have the opportunity to add one child bed for children up to 15 kg (no charge is due for that)

Notes: The pool length is 8 metres the depth is 1,40 metres .it's not heated it's for guest only and it's at ground level. it's checked and cleaned twice a week for your comfort .The garden is fenced and it's suitable for children.here you'll find a mature oaks that makes a nice shade in the hottest hours of the day. you'll also find peach trees, cherry trees as well mediterranian herbs ready to be picked up and used in our big and well equipped kitchen.on request we can also manage for you cooking classes in the villa (tuscan recipe!!) and give you the opportunity to learn how to bake the original italian pizza in our wood oven. bikes rental included smoking not allowed inside the house

This is by far the best house we ever rented in Italy!!
The house is spacious and very complete.
The outdoor kitchen is also great.
Everything was very clean.
The owners were very friendly and helpfull.

Owner's Response: I tried to do my best to make feel comfortably at home all my guest. this is my first year in renting but , being a traveller with children, I experienced on my skin what an unsafe or dirty house mean! I think guest will appeciate, as Claudia and Peter did, my effort to make their holiday in my house a nice experience to remeber.

Beautiful house in Tuscany

The description of the location and the facilities was very accurate. There was even more comfort than descriped. The house and the garden with pool was very clean and well-kept. In a few minutes you can walk down to the city where you can find restaurants, shops and a weekly open air market. We really enjoyed our stay and can commend this villa.

We searched the internet for hours until we found this gem! It was exactly what we wanted and when we arrived we knew we had made a wise choice. It was so clean and well maintained. Great location! Quiet but close to town. We loved that we could walk to dinner and the bakery everyday (10 mins). The market on Friday was fun too. Our four teen-aged daughters walked down on their own and we felt very safe the entire time. We also liked that it wasn't a real tourist town.
Alessia (the landlady) was so helpful. She met us there and showed us around and answered all our questions. We made pizza in the oven and picked food from the gardens. We hiked the surrounding area and were amazed by the beauty. All in all it was a perfect week in a perfect location.

We spent a great time in this villa. Very complete and beautiful views! It is a good base to visit highlights in Toscane. Nice beach at some distance (although it's a pity that it's almost complete on rental base). This villa is a good choise.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa

This villa in Camaiore was everything and more than we expected. We spent a lot of time researching rental homes in Tuscany on the internet and this home exceeded our expectations. In fact the pictures don't do the house justice beacuse they cannot capture the beauty of the surroundings fully! We were thrilled with our stay. The home is new and very well appointed for a group of eight. We were two families, each woth two children. Evcerything we needed was found in the house. The location is superb. We were within walking distance to the center of Camaiore and the restaurants and shopping. Everything that we needed for cooking at the house could be found in the town and there are several excellent moderately prioced restaurants in the town. We took advantage of the outdoor, wood-fired pizza oven to cook some of the best pizzas that we have ever eaten.
The owners were very helpful and speak excellent English. They answered several questions about things to see in the area before we arrived. Once we were there they were very helpful with locating lost luggage and answering questions that we had.
The location is very central for exploring areas such as the coast, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the nearby mountains. There is excellent hiking in the area mountains and the hikes are accessible from the house without having to drive. The house is very accessible from the local roads.
The home would also be perfect for a simple relaxing vacation of sitting by the beautiful pool, reading and admiring the scenery. If we return we will defintely stay here again. I would not hesitate to recommend this house for a wonderful Tuscan vacation!
