This residence is situated on golf 'Le Geant' golf course and has a beautiful setting combined with incredible resort and mountain views. The 50,000sf lot also has a private fire pit area for summer fires/marshmallow cooking. More interesting, a private pool and hot tub on site. Mount Tremblant resort tennis and beach club a short walk away, offering tennis, beach, boating, kayaking, water-skiing, canoeing and all other water sports . Also, enjoy the exterior balcony with several chairs for your relaxation. Multi-functional paved resort biking - walking - roller-blading trails from the door. Deer are often in proximity of the golf course or around the chalet.

Winter

Ski out of the residence to the resort or snowshoe and X-country ski on trails right from the door. The Tremblant resort cross-country ski trails is one of the longest on the planet. No need to visit the Mont Tremblant spa when you can enjoy your own exterior hot tub. Inside the residence you will find a beautiful king bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and 2 queen (both have ensuite bathrooms), 1 single bed is also available as well as 1 pull-out couch.
