Location: Apartment is situated in pedestrian street within 2 mins walk of Beach, Market and Harbour.Large variety of Restaurants, shops are all located nearby. The Apartment has views of Old Town and has a sunny aspect. All the rooms of the Apartment have been newly refurbished and decorated. The livingroom/dining room has a new modern kitchen units,electric cooker and fridge built-in. The bathroom has been newly fitted out and tiled with natural stone tiles.

Facilities Nearby: The Apartment is near all the main facilities of Old Town. The Beach and Harbour are just a few minutes walk from the door and there is a Fresh Produce Market every morning in the nearby Market Square. There are several Restaurants and Take Away Food Outlets within a few minutes walk.Parking can be obtained in the Post Office in Centre of Town. Cap D'Antibes with its lovely walks are all within 30 minutes from Old Town and there are several water activities available in the nearby beaches.l

Places to Visit: There are lots of towns and villages to visit in the general area. You have Cannes 20 mins by car and historic villages such as Mougins, St Paul , Vence all within 40 Minutes drive from Antibes

Ski: There are several Ski Resorts within 1hour 30 mins drive from Antibes. The most notable being Auron and Isola.

Golf: Famous Mougins Championship Golf Course is within 15 minutes drive and there are other courses available within 1 hours drive.
