Lovely 3 bedroom villa. 2 Bathrooms. Garden very private with lovely pool, sky TV with 32' flat screen TV, dish washer, fridge freezer, dryer and all facilities. Close to various bars and restaurants and walking distance to beach. Just opened new large shopping centre with cinema, ten pin bowling numerous shops and restaurants only 10 minute drive away. 10 minutes from Oliva Nova golf course. Vergel Safari Park is only 5 minutes away great for visitors with children, but on a Sunday morning they have a rastro and market. Denia has a wonderful marina with restaurants and bars for all tastes as well as boat hire and fishing all on the doorstep. The castle in Denia is well worth a trip with great views across the coast. Benidorm with its Theme parks, golf course, water park and zoos is only 35 minutes away. For a lively night out Benidorm has lots of English bars and restaurants for those who want it or the beautiful Spanish tapas bars in the old town has to be visited.

On the outskirts of Denia, very close to new shopping centre at Ondara, 15 minutes from the beaches of Almadrava, Denia and Oliva. Oliva Nova golf course 15 minutes away, La Sella golf course and Javea golf course 20 minutes away. Benidorm 35 minutes with lots of attractions such as water park, Benidorm Palace and Mundamar. El Vergel safari park only 5 minutes drive. Denia beach with 12km of sand and jet skis and other activities including canoes, yatchs. Denia marina with beautiful bars and restaurants ideal for romantic night out. The villa is in a very quiet, residential , safe area with lots of areas for walking or cycling. You can walk to the beach or into the very Spanish village of Els Poblets. Oliva is only a short drive with beautiful sandy beaches and sand dunes. Denia town has lots of lovely tapas bars and a particular favourite of mine the fish restaurant Aytaniah just off the main street in Denia with lovely, prawns, clams, mussels and fresh fish.

  • Terrace off of first 2 bedrooms gives lovely views to the Monte Pego mountain. The main bedroom has a large double bed and is a very large room with lots of wardrobe space. The twin room upstairs has an on-suite bathroom and lovely view over the pool and garden. Downstairs the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and is next door to the other bathroom with a bath and shower. All of the bedrooms have lots of space with built in wardrobes no matter how big your suitcase is!!

Lovely and private

very relaxing time for myself and my husband the villa has all mod cons and a beautiful pool that is very private, the area is a very quiet residential area but within easy walking distance to the small Spanish village of Els Poblets and only 15 minute walk to the beach, although most of the time we spent in the garden and pool of the villa.

Well worth a visit
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Extremely welcome and informative introduction upon arriving at the villa. Good set of reading materials for all ages. Pool boy (man) helpful and responsive as to very friendly. El Verger quiet and not a lot happening for the kids, though Denia is close by though not walking distance for them. A vehicle is a requirement to get around. Lovely views and mountain walks. Beds were all very comfortable and gave the feeling you were staying in someones home. We had such a good time we were able to book an additional few days extra. Well worth the value money and a great experience.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
