Excellent Choice for Family Beach Vacation!

My husband and I and our 5 kids, ranging in age from 19 to 7 spent our week here and loved it! Home was clean and very spacious, and all the amenities you need. Kitchen had a sliding window that opened to the deck. Deck/patio all the way around the home overlooking the gulf, and private balcony from the master bedroom was nice for watching sunset, or enjoying a late night drink.
Beach was just over the walkway and beautiful surroundings, birds and sealife galore! Ocean water temp was very very warm here, almost hot at times. Also great location, short walk over the bridge to John's Pass, great food and shopping. Close to grocery stores and easy to find.
Perfect for families, 2 full baths allows kids to have their own bathroom while adults can enjoy privacy on the other end of the house.

We would definately recommend this home to anyone, and the owners met us with the keys and called to be sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very good rental experience. Thanks so much!

Great spot for family vacation!

I rented this house for a week to accomodate family coming into town and we could not have chosen a more perfect location. The beach is a short walk, the area is quiet, and John's Pass is right up the road. We had nine people and plenty of room. The house is spotless, well stocked and has beautiful porches and patios to enjoy the outdoors. The owners are very accomodating, we had a wonderful time!

My family and I recently rented this house for a long weekend, because my sister was getting married in St. Pete's. Their was 9 of us staying at the house and we all slept comfortably. The house was clean, the owners were more than accomodating and the beach, which is right across the street, was beautiful. It was the perfect beach vacation!

GREAT VACATION HOME for kids

Perfect get-away beach house for 2 year old and 10 month old. Very close to the beach, grocery store, John's Pass. The owners met us on the property the day we arrived and showed us around. It was very clean and well maintained with house and beach towels, full kitchen, many beach toys for the kids, beach accessories, laundry, cable TV, dvd players, internet ready, cleaning supplies and a pack and play for the baby. We just had to bring clothes. It was a perfect place to go with my kids and escape the cold weather. Perfectly located to walk to John's pass and for a drive along the coast. I know where we are going to stay if we are ever in the area.

Very nice, clean, huge house with easy walk to beach. All amenities provided for, including sand toys for kids! It should be noted that the upstairs and downstairs are not internally connected. You have to walk outside and around the house to get from the downstairs to the upstairs (this was the only drawback from my point of view). Great location; near beach, restaurants, grocery, activities etc.
Owners are very helpful and accommodating.
