Check In and Check out and Cancellation: Check - In time is after 4:00 pm. daily. Check- Out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your booking. Early occupancy or late departure is available at an extra cost of US$ 10 per hour and it is based on whether it is possible and what hours of the day are requested. Check-in and Check-Outs are done at the offices of our property manager. This address will be communicated to you upon receipt of payment and confirmation of your reservation. Cancellation within two weeks of reservation or failure to arrive on arrival date will result in the loss of the full cost of the accommodation, plus tax. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the reservation are fully refundable, less a 10% administrative charge and any charges levied by your credit card company.

Pets and Animals: Please note that under no circumstances will any pets or animals be allowed into our home. A violation of this policy will automatically lead to a US$ 500 charge to you and immediate termination of your rental without any refunds for unused days.
